Maya & Elan Meltzer
Hi! It is so nice to meet you. We are Maya and Elan Meltzer.
High school sweethearts, who got married in July of 2019. We share a love of cooking, exercise, and travel. Ultimately, we wanted to share the ways in which we are striving to live a healthy life.
Elan is a bioengineer, who is currently studying to be a doctor. He loves to be innovative in the kitchen, always modifying existing recipes and pushing culinary boundaries. He loves trying new foods and always wants to immerse himself in different cultures and believes food is the key to that. He believes that food is the “cheapest” form of medicine and a proper diet is essential to staying healthy overall.
Maya works in the media industry, and studied business and media & communications. She is passionate about staying healthy, exercising and eating well. She loves to try new fitness classes, always ensuring she is challenged in new ways. She is highly organized and keeps the operation going.
We welcomed a beautiful baby girl in January of 2023.
Together, we’ve created a beautiful life in central New Jersey. Whether it be a recipe, a travel experience, or a motivational quote - our blog will have it all. We hope that you enjoy!
