Sweet Potato Puree
Our first attempt at making “solids” for our baby girl. We used organic sweet potato.
I started off by baking two sweet potatoes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Then, I peeled the potato skin off and added it to a blender. I made a ton so we have enough to give her sweet potato for the next few days since I know that you’re supposed to continuously feed the same food to your baby 10-12 times. Easy peasy and she loved it!
