Reminiscing about our days traveling to Scotland! We love nothing more than getting to explore different countries and honestly, can’t wait to travel again.
We especially love trips that involve hiking. We hiked all over Scotland - especially in the northwest region called Isles of Skye. Hiking is good for you for so many physical health reasons:
* Strengthens your body and improves your balance
* Lowers your risk of heart disease
But it is also so important for your mental health. Hiking causes your body to release endorphins, which reduces stress. It’s also a wonderful time to reflect with a clear head.
Now that COVID is so widespread and most of us are home, try to at least get out for a walk in your neighborhood. You’ll definitely feel the difference once you come back home.
