Brussel Sprouts Salad

This is truly one of our go-to salads. We’ve been eating it more and more often due to how delicious yet filling it is.

Made with only organic ingredients: Brussels sprouts, 1 gala apple, a handful of cranberries, walnuts and 1 shallot. Grill the Brussel sprouts with your favorite roasting seasoning and toast the walnuts for some extra flavor! Mix all the ingredients together with the delicious dressing.

Homemade dressing:
💚 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
💚 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
💚 1/2 teaspoon of honey
💚 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
💚 salt and pepper
