Strawberry Walnut Salad

Raspberries - the benefits are just TOO good.

For lunch today, we had this delicious salad with a homemade dressing. We especially love salads that incorporate fruit - raspberries are Maya’s favorites!

Raspberries have so many nutritional benefits. Some of our favs include:
🔴 RICH in terms of antioxidants, which help reduce the risk of illnesses (including cancer, heart disease, etc.)
🔴 Low calorie and low sugar
🔴 High in Fiber, which are normally found in leafy green veggies. Fiber helps fill you up and is good for your gut health.
🔴 SO GOOD for your brain and memory
