Our Homegrown Parsley

We have always wanted to grow our own herbs, fruits and vegetables. We make a point to buy only organic produce - so growing everything on our own land with OUR supervision is truly a dream come true. We don’t have the space on our property to grow all the produce we need in our diet, but we did grow a few different vegetables this spring/summer/fall.

This year, we grew….

Tomatoes, Peppers (2 different kinds), Zucchini, Cilantro, Basil, Mint, Green Onions, Blueberries, and….

We picked this parsley fresh from our very own garden.

Parsley is such a wonderful addition to most recipes - it’s packed with flavor yet low in calories so we try to incorporate into many of our dishes.
