Our page really shows a lot of the ways we’re living our life in a healthy way through our food choices - however, a big part of our life that we haven’t been showing as often is our love & commitment to fitness.

We work out actively 5-6 days a week on average. Of course, we have those weeks/days where we aren’t feeling motivated but we always try our best to keep our healthy lifestyle at the top of our minds.

It’s all about motivation - we always preach 🗣“just try 5 minutes” 🗣 and we guarantee that once you start, you won’t stop! You WILL finish your workout .

Also — It’s important to keep in mind that living in a healthy way & being “fit” is a way of life and an active choice you have to make every day.
