Greek Salad

Made with: Feta, romaine lettuce, avocado, tomatoes and cucumber! 

Dressing was made with olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, salt & pepper. 

Salads like these are low calorie, yet packed with nutrients. They are filling, provide a wonderful amount of Vitamin A and C, and have a lot of antioxidants (which reduces the risk of diseases and illnesses). They are also rich in iron and potassium. The more variety of veggies - the better! 🥰
