Super fruit: Dragon Fruit

and yes, we love that it rhymes!

Dragon fruit is one of those unique fruits that we don’t get the opportunity to eat very often, but always look for. Not only is it DELICIOUS but it is truly a super-food, as it’s jam-packed with SO many amazing health benefits.

It’s common in southern Mexico, Central America, South America and Asia. We were able to eat so much dragon fruit when we were living in Australia a few years ago.

It’s low in calories but high in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, probiotics and minerals.
